Broken Pulper Shipped to Shanghai Kraft Paper Production Line

On March 10, 2025, amidst the vibrant spring breeze, Leizhan Intelligent Equipment Base celebrated another milestone – the SZS1 broken pulper, the core pulping equipment for Shanghai Cheli’s million-ton-level kraft paper project, was officially loaded and shipped! This marks another milestone for Leizhan in its “shredding instead of grinding” technology in the high-end kraft paper sector, and signifies another step forward for Chinese paper making equipment brands in the core green paper making area of the Yangtze River Delta.

The SZS series is Leizhan’s flagship pulper model designed for the recycling of waste paper from high-grade kraft paper and corrugated board. To date, the SZS broken pulpers have been put into operation on numerous kraft paper production lines both domestically and internationally, saving customers a cumulative total of over 120 million kWh of electricity, equivalent to a reduction of 95,000 tons of carbon emissions.
