Headbox: Four sets of air-cushioned headboxes.
Wire part: four-fold wire, which are surface wire, lining wire, core wire and bottom wire respectively.
Press section: It is divided into the first press, the second press, the third press, and the fourth press.
Front drying section:Φ1500/Φ1800 drying cylinder, grouped transmission, equipped with guide roller and drying wire. Equipped with a closed gas hood.
Inclined surface sizing machine: a chrome-plated metal roller and a rubber-coated metal roller.
Rear drying section: the same as the front drying section.
Calendering section: double-roller calender, the upper and lower rollers are all metal rollers. The compression method is corrugated pneumatic tire.
Reeling section: Pneumatic horizontal paper reel. The pressurization method is cylinder pressurization.
