The AC frequency conversion sectional drive spreads load intelligently across forming, press, and dryer sections. When operators switch between 80 g/㎡ and 200 g/㎡ basis weights, they handle most of the adjustment through the control system rather than crawling inside the machine. That translates to shorter grade changes and fewer unplanned entries into the operating floor.

A 4600mm net paper width lines up with the reel sizes most corrugating plants request, which helps keep trim losses down.
