We supply the complete plant as one package: stock preparation, the paper machine, air systems, and the supercalender and rewinder, all engineered and commissioned by one team.
Scope of Supply for the Glassine Paper Plant
- Pulping & stock preparation: pulper, high-density cleaner, refiner, pressure screen
- Paper machine: wire section, press section, dryer section, size press, calender
- Auxiliary systems: vacuum system, steam & condensate system, QCS
- Winder and roll handling
Capacity range: 100-300t/d (customized to project)
Basis weight: 30-100g/㎡
Net paper width: 3600-5600mm
Because everything comes from one workshop, interfaces are resolved before shipment, not on your factory floor. Our engineers stay through installation, commissioning and the first production runs, and we keep spare parts support running long after the warranty period ends.
