High Fiber Recovery Rate Reject Separator

Reject separator used for fiber relief and impurities separate for tailing in the coarse screen system for waste paper pulp. Reject Separator is consists of upper cover, rotor, sieve plate, foundation and gearing. Do you know how the reject separator is composed?

Main Structure Of Reject Separator

1.The upper cover is connected with foundation by flange,and water spray and guide pulp board are installed on the upper cover.
2.Rotor is a hollow axle with a special structure,it welds an sweeping pulp blade in axial direction and a cleaning blade which is arranged in a heliciform way. The sweeping pulp blade is used for beating and peeling the coarse. The cleaning blade works for cleaning sieve plate efficiently and keeping the plate smooth running.
3.The sieve plate is a half-round, which is made of stainless steel. It has kinds of standards, so customers can meet their needs according to the materials and craft. The sieve plate is disposed by drilling, burring and polishing, so it can reach the craft needs of bright and clean.
4.The foundation is used to install the sieve plate ,upper cover and rotor. The accepted pulp ran through the sieve hole is ejected from the deslagging hole, and the separated light impurities are ejected from the slag-drip opening settled in the back of foundation.
